Sound Experiences are relaxation-focused sessions where you can enjoy the sounds of crystal bowls, gong, monochord, or Himalayan bowls. You can come alone or bring a friend.

1:1 Sound Therapy is a personalised session combining sound with a bit of gentle conversation, offering a more tailored approach if you're looking for individual support.
