What to expect
Sessions takes place in a quiet, dedicated treatment room in Bishop’s Stortford.
You’ll lie comfortably on a therapy couch, surrounded by instruments such as crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and monochord. Soft lighting, warmth, and stillness allow your body to begin unwinding from the moment you arrive.
Sessions can be experienced individually or shared with someone else, offering a simple way to relax together.
As the session begins, sound is introduced in a structured, intentional way. The body naturally starts to respond, often shifting into a slower, more regulated state. Many people notice changes in breathing, muscle tension, and mental activity without needing to actively “try” to relax.
There is nothing you need to do during the session, and no expectation to share anything before or after. This is your time to rest.
Each session is 45 minutes, offering a focused and effective way to step out of stress and give your system space to reset.

Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath Experience
Best for: grounding, deep relaxation and full-body calm
A deeply grounding sound bath experience using traditional Himalayan singing bowls placed around and gently on the body to create rich vibration and soothing resonant tones.
The heavier, more earthy sound of the bowls creates a slower and more deeply settling experience, making this session particularly suited to those feeling overwhelmed, physically tense or emotionally drained.
The subtle vibration of the bowls can often be felt throughout the body, helping encourage a deeper sense of stillness, relaxation and nervous system calm.

Monochord Sound Bath Experience
Best for: deep stillness, nervous system relaxation and quieting mental overstimulation
A calming sound bath experience using the monochord, a multi-stringed instrument that creates soft harmonic tones and continuous layers of vibration.
The sound of the monochord is often described as deeply immersive and meditative, gently surrounding the body with a flowing blanket of sound that encourages the mind to slow naturally.
This experience is particularly suited to those who feel mentally overloaded, emotionally exhausted or in need of deep rest and stillness.

Gongbath Sound Experience
Best for: deep release, switching off and full-body relaxation
A powerful and immersive sound bath experience using a sun gong and a feng gong, to create rich layers of sound and vibration that can be felt throughout the body.
The depth and resonance of the gongs helps to quieten constant mental activity and guide the nervous system into a slower, more restful state.
Many people describe the experience as deeply absorbing, with the sound helping them fully switch off from the outside world for a period of time.
