Break the Loop Programme
A personalised series of sessions designed to support calm, nervous system regulation and greater emotional space over time
Sometimes stress patterns become so familiar that they start to feel like part of who we are. Overthinking. Constant tension. Emotional overwhelm. Difficulty switching off. Feeling stuck in the same cycles, even when you want things to feel different.
The Break the Loop programme is a personalised series of sound therapy sessions designed to support lasting nervous system regulation and create space for meaningful change over time.
Rather than focusing only on temporary relaxation, this work gently supports the body and mind in moving out of survival mode and into a more balanced, regulated state.
Each session combines carefully applied therapeutic sound with gentle reflection and responsive support, allowing the process to evolve naturally from week to week.
There is no pressure to analyse everything or force change. Instead, the sessions create a calm and supportive environment where patterns can begin to soften, clarity can emerge and the nervous system has an opportunity to reset.
Creating space for change
Sometimes we can understand our stress patterns clearly, yet still find ourselves reacting in the same ways.
That is because stress is not only something we think about. It is something the nervous system experiences and holds onto over time.
The Break the Loop Programme works gently with this through a series of personalised sound therapy sessions designed to support regulation, awareness and gradual change.
Rather than forcing solutions or focusing on what is “wrong”, the sessions create space for the body and mind to slow down enough for different responses to emerge naturally over time.
How this work may support you
Over time, many people begin to notice:
-
a greater sense of calm and regulation
-
less mental noise and overwhelm
-
more awareness of stress patterns and reactions
-
an increased ability to pause before reacting
-
a deeper sense of rest, clarity and emotional space
The work is gentle, supportive and responsive to the individual.
How sessions flow
Noticing and Awareness
Each session begins with a gentle check-in. This is not about analysing everything or searching for the “right” answer. Instead, it is simply an opportunity to notice how you are arriving physically, mentally and emotionally in that moment. Often, this awareness alone can create a sense of space and clarity.
Gentle Reflection
Through calm and supportive conversation, we explore whatever feels relevant for you that day.
The intention is not to force insight, but to gently bring greater awareness to thoughts, feelings or patterns that may be contributing to stress or overwhelm.
Sound and Relaxation
You will then lie back and settle into the sound therapy portion of the session.
Using instruments including crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs and monochord, sound is applied in a gentle and intentional way to help the nervous system slow down and settle.
As the body relaxes, many people notice a quieter mind, softer breathing and a greater sense of calm and stillness.
Integration
Towards the end of the session, we allow time for rest, reflection and grounding. As the nervous system settles, people often notice more space between thoughts, reactions and physical tension, helping them feel calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves moving forward.
Where to begin
Continuing the work
The Break the Loop programme begins with a series of personalised sessions designed to support the nervous system gradually over time.
Each session builds naturally on the last while remaining flexible to your needs and experience at the time.
The work is gentle, supportive and designed to unfold without pressure or expectation. Sessions combine therapeutic sound with gentle reflection in a calm and private setting, helping create space for greater regulation, awareness and emotional clarity over time.
For those who would benefit from continued support, sessions can continue beyond the initial series.
