Break the Loop Programme

A structured series of sessions designed to help you step out of patterns that keep repeating, and learn how to put them down.

If you’ve been stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm, you’ll know that one good day doesn’t always change the bigger picture.

The Break the Loop programme is designed to work differently. Rather than offering temporary relief, this is a structured series of sessions that helps your nervous system step out of the patterns it keeps returning to.

This is where the work deepens.

A different way to create change

You might already know what’s happening. You might understand your triggers, your patterns, even why you feel the way you do.

But understanding alone doesn’t always create change. Because stress and anxiety aren’t just thoughts.


They’re patterns held in the nervous system. Which means real change happens when the system itself begins to respond differently.

The Break the Loop Programme is a structured process designed to work with the patterns driving how you feel, think, and respond.

Rather than focusing on individual symptoms, we look at what’s underneath, and begin to change the way your system responds over time.

What this work is designed to do

This programme helps you:

  • Interrupt the stress response rather than just managing it

  • Experience what a regulated state actually feels like

  • Create distance from repetitive thought patterns

  • Build the capacity to respond differently over time

This is not about forcing change. It’s about creating the conditions for your system to begin doing something different

How the programme works

The Break the Loop programme is built around a series of sessions, each one working with what’s present at the time. There’s structure, but no rigid script. Across the sessions, we work through four key aspects:

Noticing and Awareness

We begin by noticing how things are for you as you arrive. This isn’t about analysing or explaining everything. It’s simply a way of becoming aware of what’s happening in your system, physically, emotionally, and mentally, in that moment. This alone often brings an immediate sense of clarity.

Reflective Processing

Using a structured but open approach, we gently explore your experience. 

 

This helps bring patterns into awareness, not by forcing anything, but by allowing you to recognise what’s already there.

Sound and Altered State

You’ll then lie back as the sound work begins. Sound is used to guide your system into a deeply relaxed, altered state.

 

As the body settles, the nervous system begins to shift out of its usual patterns and becomes more open and receptive.This is often where the shift begins.

Integration

As your state changes, we support the system in beginning to respond differently.

 

You may notice more space, between thoughts, reactions, and physical tension,  allowing something new to emerge without effort.

Why this works differently

This isn’t about talking everything through. And it’s not just about relaxation.

This work sits in the space between.

It combines structured reflection with direct nervous system regulation, allowing change to happen at a deeper level than thought alone.

As the sessions progress

People often begin to notice:

  • Less reactivity to things that would normally trigger them

  • More space between thoughts

  • A greater sense of calm or steadiness

  • The ability to step out of patterns more easily

Everyone experiences this work differently. While some shifts happen quickly, deeper and more lasting change tends to build over a series of sessions.

Where to begin

The programme begins with The First Shift.

This allows you to experience the work and understand how your system responds before committing to a series.

From there, we decide whether continuing feels right for you.

The structure

  • A structured series of 3 sessions £210

  • Designed for deeper, lasting change

  • Each session builds on the last, while remaining responsive to what’s present

  • Option to continue beyond the initial series for ongoing support

  • This is not a fixed, week-by-week programme.

  • It’s a guided process that adapts to you.
